I had to deal with some legalities just recently and called up Sammy Mashney since he is just a few minutes away from my home. I have to say that I was very impressed with the customer service and quality of work he and his office employees do. They were always smiling, polite and were quick to return phone calls and questions. Mashney himself was a gentleman.
