From the start I was told that the goal was to get me as much relief as possible, not only was I able to treat with no cost out of pocket, but Stephen's negotiations team also worked with my treatment facilities to reduce the cost of treatment, putting more money into my pocket.

This lawyer is really trustworthy because he gave us the advice without knowing us. I really recommend him. He is an honest and smart lawyer. I came to him worrying that I was sued. I am a doctor who lives in Texas now. A few years ago, I lived in Orange County California. Once I needed to get a lawyer to help me with a legal issue. I was lucky enough to find Stephen Mashney. Mr. Mashney was very helpful in that he very quickly solved my legal issue without charging me a lot of money. He was very quick in responding to my emails and texts. A month ago, while in Texas, I had another legal issue come up. I immediately thought of Mr. Mashney, so I called him. He quickly returned my call and remembered me. Mr. Mashney was honest enough to tell me that because my legal issue was in Texas, he cannot help me because he is licensed in California and not Texas. However, he did not leave me stranded. Instead, he quickly, found me a Texas attorney (who was his nephew) to help me. I have to say that it’s very rare these days to find prompt and helpful lawyers like Mr. Mashney. I have been looking for a legal consultation regarding a matter and i started looking online for an office to call to make an appointment.
To begin woth, the receptionist who answered my call was really professional and she took all info needed from me and as soon she realized it was an urgent matter, she was able to squeeze me into a very soon appointment with Steve.
As soon as i arrived, he had already prepared all sort of legal documents regarding my consultation, He listened to me and took every document i have and digested the case well and asked me as many questions and details regarding my case and then he searched deeply to get me the correct answers. She is a seasoned veteran in negotiations!

The results were far beyond anything I expected.

I underwent chiropractic treatment, took a back MRI, and visited a pain management specialist for evaluation. From this, she successfully negotiated a $25,000 settlement for me.

I was genuinely shocked - in the best way.

From the beginning, she was clear, organized, and responsive. Also, I could tell that she genuinely cares about her clients. She explained every step of the process, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I always understood what was happening. I never felt rushed or overlooked.

On 4/1/2020, I noticed that the U.S. flag that flies in front of their office was tangled and the bottom snap had broken away from the line to which it was attached. I called and informed them of the disrespectful state of their flag display. (I know I came off ruder than I intend to.) My intent was not to shame them, but to inform them.

The individual who answered the phone responded: "I will replace it." 

His tone was so serious and the reply was so no-nonsense that I didn't quite know how to react. I put my cell phone back into my pocket and when I looked up again, a mere 90 seconds later this phone call, the flag begins to descend the pole.

I posted this review immediately (on their Riverside office's Yelp, oops) with an important closing sentence; 
Veterans and proud Americans take note. This firm holds great reverence for this nation and its laws.

Things were getting rough these past few years financially, I was trying to help family out but ended up getting stuck with trouble. I was helpless I didn't know were to go for help then a friend told me about Mr. Mashney. I scheduled an appointment, we met I explained my situation and he listened. He was very helpful and understanding, he gave me options and explained that everything was going to be fine. I followed his instructions and troubles began to disappear. Well for starters my mom is currently with Mashney law and some miscommunication arose with them, but Stephen was quick to access it as well as resolve our situation. I have been looking for a legal consultation regarding a matter and i started looking online for an office to call to make an appointment. 
To begin with, the receptionist who answered my call was really professional and she took all info needed from me and as soon she realized it was an urgent matter, she was able to squeeze me into a very soon appointment with Stephen.
As soon as i arrived, he had already prepared all sort of legal documents regarding my consultation, He listened to me and took every document i have and digested the case well and asked me as many questions and details regarding my case and then he searched deeply to get me the correct answers. His answers were exactly what i was looking for, his level of understanding to cases was very professional, You can easily tell how professional an attorney is from the way he handles the cases, he seemed to be exposed to alot of such cases, i liked the way he was very aggressive when it comes to getting my rights and when he gets so passionate about your case as if it was his personal case.

A couple years ago I was in a car accident that was extremely life changing to the point where I had to leave my job and drop out of college for a couple of months. 
Natural instinct of getting in a car accident was to get a lawyer. So there was this guy that we were talking to. He ended up forging my signature and I didn't see a dime for months. I just thought I didn't get any money from my accident. So I ended up telling one of my friends what happened and then she referred me to Mr. Mashney, which was her father. So I saw Mr. Mashney and it was a different situation because you don't expect to be screwed over by a lawyer. So I told Mr. Mashney what had happened and he let me know that this lawyer had been involved in some shady activity and that I was entitled to my money. It was a long, hard and emotional process to get this other crook lawyer to give me the money I deserved. Honestly, Mr. Mashney treated me like family and I still appreciate it to this day that him and his law firm took care of me. Always answered my calls and questions. And they also made sure my experience wasn't over whelming since I am only 21. I was 19 when I got into the accident. I trust Mr. Mashney and I still consider him my lawyer if anything else was to ever happen. Everything was straight forward. He always told me what was going on and I felt that I was getting the best experience, especially since I had to deal with that other crook lawyer. I appreciate everything the Mashney Law Office has done for me. 
Also it was really thoughtful that he gave me a 15%-20% discount even though I never asked him too.

I have to say that I was very impressed with the customer service and quality of work he and his office employees do.
